We have an agreement with the following organizations that allow their training records to also be included on this site:

Ohio Rural Water Association  * Ohio Section American Water Works Association * CEUPlan (Ohio only)

 City of Ashtabula * City of Conneaut * City of Toledo        

The above listed organizations are responsible for the accuracy of their data on this site. Data from the previous month will be displayed by the 15th of the following month. The student "Contact Hour Transcript"  from this site is accepted by the Ohio EPA in case of an audit effective March 12, 2004.

Effective November 1, 2008, the Compiled Transcript now matches the Ohio EPA renewal form requirements for "OM" and "X" reporting. It can be use directly for renewal with Ohio EPA.

1st, select the courses you want to include in  your "compiled" Ohio EPA version of your transcript by clicking the square radio buttons on the left hand side.

2nd Select the "Compile" button located in the lower left hand corner of your transcript.
