At the April 20, 2012 Annual Meeting of the OTCO Board of Trustees, Rebecca Fugitt was elected to the office of Incoming President. Randy Fabrizio was elected Vice President. Steve Heimlich was re-elected to Treasurer and Ed Drobina was elected to the office of Secretary.

The following new trustees were approved by the board:
          A) Keshia Kinney representing AWWA SW
          B) Randy Rothlisberger representing AWWA NE
